This Privacy Policy explains how SSICEVS (“I”, “me”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or get in touch about design work. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to enquiries.
SSICEVS is a trading name of Wiserframe OÜ (registry code 17497246), Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. Wiserframe OÜ is the data controller for the information described below and can be reached at design@ssicevs.com.
Information I collect
- Contact details you choose to share — your name, email address, and the contents of any message you send via the contact form or by booking a call.
- Usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics such as page views, referring site, approximate region, browser, and device type. This is never used to identify you.
- Technical data — your IP address and request logs, retained briefly by my hosting provider for security and reliability.
How I use information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the design services you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses only essential cookies plus privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics. I do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the content.
Sharing & third parties
I share data only with the service providers needed to run the site — for example my hosting and analytics providers — and only to the extent required for them to perform that service. These providers are bound by their own data-protection obligations.
Data retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short schedule. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email me and I’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal data.
